• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
• Missing item in the parcel

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Clear pictures or videos of the product and packaging may be required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Change of mind after delivery
• Allergic reactions or personal sensitivity issues

We recommend performing a patch test before regular use of any skincare or haircare product.

3. Refund Policy

If your return request is approved:

• Refunds may be issued through bank transfer, mobile wallet, or store credit.
• Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.
• Refund processing may take 3-5 business days.

4. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may also be exchanged for the correct item, depending on product availability.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once the parcel has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
